What I do to try to stay fit

I workout pretty much everyday.  Each day I will normally get my mats out and just start to do flips.  If it’s not raining outside, I will go on my trampoline.  I count this as a good workout because I do flips and when I get off I’m normally really sweaty.  I also go to the crossfit gym once a week.

Eating on the other hand is a whole different story.  I wouldn’t say I’m the best at eating healthy, but I’m going to try harder now.  I do like going on Youtube and look up healthy lunches for school.   I’ll sometimes just bring a homemade salad to lunch, which makes me feel good about myself.  Eating healthy just makes me feel happy and so does working out.

If you want to stay healthy by eating, you should NOT stop eating food.  That is bad for you and it makes you weak, not healthy or strong.

Food Recommendations:

  • Salad
  • Don’t eat more than one sweet per day
  • Veggies
  • Fruit
