Tuna Salad

I LOVE this tuna salad!  It is a go to meal for me that I eat at least twice a week.  Sometimes I change it up and use canned Black Top Skinless, Boneless Red Salmon and the points remain the same.  Today I threw in some celery, which is so weird for me.  I think I might be developing a taste for it in my old age.  It would also be good with apple instead of grapes or chopped pecans.  The sky’s the limit!

I would also like to talk about my picture 🙂 I’m super stoked about it!  I’ve been doing a LOT of reading up on food photography.  I went to Old Time Pottery yesterday and bought a few props and practiced all weekend.  I know I have a very long way to go, but I’m not as intimidated as I was.  I already know I need a new lens for my camera to get the lower aperture that I need and a special indoor light since most of my photos will be taken after dark probably.  I just know that readers are more drawn to blogs with great photos.  I know I am!
